Classflows is an online class booking and school management platform operated by Owlhaven Academy Pty Ltd. We provide software and related services to schools, education providers, and their authorised users.
By using Classflows, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the operation of the platform.
If you access Classflows on behalf of a school or business, you confirm that you have authority to do so and that your information is accurate and up to date. If you create or administer a school account, you accept these terms on behalf of that school or business and must ensure invited users comply with them.
Schools are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, booking details, pricing, class capacity, cancellation rules, and website content. Schools are also responsible for managing their own users and keeping account access secure.
Schools are solely responsible for the classes, camps, events, incursions, parties, programs, services, venues, teachers, staff, suppliers, and communications they create, publish, sell, or manage through Classflows.
Classflows is a software platform. We do not approve, supervise, endorse, operate, or guarantee any class, camp, event, venue, teacher, activity, or service created by a school unless we expressly agree in writing.
Schools must not use Classflows to create, advertise, sell, or manage any activity that is unlawful, unsafe, misleading, fraudulent, discriminatory, exploitative, harmful, inappropriate for children, connected with money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, or disguised funds movement, or uses third-party content without the required rights.
Schools must hold all permissions, licences, insurances, venue approvals, child-safety clearances, staff checks, risk assessments, and consents required for their activities. Schools are responsible for parent enquiries, cancellations, incidents, complaints, refunds, disputes, and regulatory issues arising from their activities.
Classflows helps schools manage bookings, payments, and related communications. When a parent or guardian makes a booking, they are entering into an arrangement with the school providing the class or service.
Payment processing may be handled through our payment providers, including Stripe. We may deduct platform fees, processing fees, or other charges agreed with the school from the relevant payout or billing flow.
Schools are responsible for setting correct prices, taxes, inclusions, discounts, refund rules, attendance requirements, and cancellation policies. Classflows is not responsible for a school's failure to deliver an activity or for disputes between schools and families, except to the extent required by law.
Schools may be charged on a subscription basis, with usage-based top-ups where applicable. Billing is based on the plan and settings shown in the Classflows admin portal unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You retain ownership of the content you upload, submit, or publish through Classflows. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service.
Your use of Classflows must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.
We may review, remove, restrict, or disable content, accounts, booking pages, payment access, or public links if we reasonably believe they breach these terms, create legal or safety risk, affect platform integrity, or may harm Classflows, families, students, schools, or the public.
To the extent permitted by law, schools agree to indemnify Classflows, Owlhaven Academy Pty Ltd, and our officers, employees, contractors, and service providers against claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from the school's activities, content, users, bookings, events, legal compliance, misconduct, negligence, or breach of these terms.

We may update Classflows or these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected users.
