Classflows is an online class booking and management platform operated by Owlhaven Academy Pty Ltd. We provide booking and management services on behalf of schools and education providers who use our platform.
We collect information needed to provide Classflows, including account details, parent and student details, booking records, payment records, attendance records, communications, device information, and support information.
Payment card details are collected and processed securely by payment providers such as Stripe and are not stored on our servers.
We use information to provide and secure the platform, process and confirm bookings, support schools, send transactional emails, manage billing and payouts, comply with legal obligations, prevent misuse, and improve Classflows.
Schools may use Classflows to manage children's names, year levels, dates of birth, attendance, bookings, progress notes, report cards, and related information. This information is handled for school administration and class delivery purposes.
We may share information with the school using Classflows, payment processors, email delivery providers, secure cloud infrastructure providers, support providers, professional advisers, regulators, or law enforcement where required or appropriate.
We do not sell personal information.
We handle personal information in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) where applicable.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and keep accounting or operational records.
We use technical and organisational controls designed to protect information, including encrypted connections, access controls, audit logging, and secure cloud infrastructure.
