Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy explains how schools, admins, teachers, parents, and other users must use Classflows.

2. Lawful and safe use

You must not use Classflows for unlawful, unsafe, misleading, fraudulent, harmful, discriminatory, exploitative, or abusive activity.

3. Child safety

You must not create, publish, upload, sell, promote, or manage activities, content, communications, or services that are inappropriate for children or breach child-safety obligations.

4. Financial misuse

You must not use Classflows for money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, disguised funds movement, artificial bookings, circular payments, sham refunds, unauthorised payment collection, or other suspicious financial activity.

5. Content and communications

You must not upload or send malware, spam, deceptive communications, unlawful content, infringing content, abusive content, or content you do not have the right to use.

6. Platform integrity

You must not attempt unauthorised access, bypass security controls, scrape the platform, overload systems, reverse engineer the service, or interfere with other users.

7. Events and services

Schools must only publish classes, events, venues, services, prices, staff details, and claims that are accurate, authorised, safe, and legally compliant.

8. Enforcement

Classflows may remove content, disable booking links, restrict payments, suspend accounts, or contact affected parties where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached.
